Yes, every watch includes a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, especially those related to the movement, ensuring top performance.

Where are the watches assembled?
We assemble most of our watches in Prague and Hong Kong. However, to minimize wait times, we also collaborate with partner workshops in various cities around the world.

Are the watches waterproof?
Our watches are water-resistant up to 50 m, meaning they can handle everyday exposure to water, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.
Water resistance can be affected by factors like an improperly screwed crown, sudden impacts, or temperature changes.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
Yes, you can return your watch within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer free exchanges if there are issues with the delivery or if the package arrives damaged. However, please note that this policy does not apply to customized watches.
For returns, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. If you have questions about sizing or other specifications, feel free to email us for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within a short window after placing it. If you email us immediately, we may be able to cancel your order before it enters processing.
Please note that cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will likely already be in processing or shipping. However, you can still return the item once it is delivered, following our return policy.

It usually takes 3-7 business days to assemble your watch. After that, shipping times can range from 6-12 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination country.
Overall, the entire process typically takes around 9-19 business days.

No, we are not affiliated with Seiko. We specialize in crafting custom Seiko mods, which are independent creations using Seiko’s original movements combined with high-quality aftermarket parts. While inspired by Seiko’s reliable foundations, our timepieces are unique and operate separately from the Seiko brand.
